What’s the formula for an amazing party?

Friends, Food, and Fun?

Last week we celebrated the release of Refresh Your Prayers, my latest book from Our Daily Bread Publishing with an in-person launch party. Many of you were able to attend, but for those who weren’t, I wanted to share some photos and fun facts to help you feel part of the fun–because you are. God has used you to encourage, pray for, and inspire me. I hope I’ve done the same for you.

So come on in. Join the party. Rejoice with me over God’s goodness and love.

Here’s the invitation that helped spread the word.
My friend and critique group member, Melanie helped me arrange and decorate. Friends graciously fixed food for guests to enjoy.

While everyone enjoyed the fellowship and food, I signed books.

We took a quiz to see how much we knew about prayer in the Bible. Wow, we had some SHARP thinkers who knew their Bible. Two women scored a perfect 10 on the quiz and came away with prizes.

    Thanks for sharing more pictures and party details, Lori. What fun! Maybe you’ll post the prayer quiz here one day so that we can check our prayer knowledge. I’m praying your book blesses many readers because it certainly is blessing me.
